Scope of Services

Slow Living Spirit provides online and face-to-face coaching and energy healing services for both humans and pets.

Professional Health & Behavioural Disclaimer

• Not Medical or Veterinary Care: The practitioner at Slow Living Spirit is not a doctor, veterinarian, or licensed behaviour therapist.

• Complementary Alternative: Energy healing and coaching are strictly complementary and alternative practices. They are not substitutes for professional medical, veterinary, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, treatment, medication, or crisis intervention.

• Client Responsibility: You maintain full, solo responsibility for your own physical and mental health, as well as the medical and behavioural welfare of your pets. Always consult a qualified physician for human health concerns or a licensed veterinarian for animal illnesses, medical emergencies, or specialised behavioural issues.

Bookings, Payments, and Billing

• Manual Booking: All appointments are requested and managed directly via the contact form on our website and finalized through personal email communication.

• Payment Methods: We process worldwide card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal securely through custom digital links sent directly to your email.

• 48-Hour Advanced Payment Rule: To secure and confirm your appointment, full payment must be successfully received via your secure payment link at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Unresolved or unpaid bookings will be manually released.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Standard Cancellation: You can cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours beforehand for a full refund.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are strictly non-refundable.

• No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled online or face-to-face session without giving 24 hours' prior notice, the session is forfeited and no refund or makeup session will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slow Living Spirit and its practitioners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries, illnesses, behavioural regressions in pets, or damages arising out of your participation in coaching or energy healing sessions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the courts of England.
